Fiber laser cutting machines offer many advantages to maintain high growth and high production. Single-mode fiber laser cutting machines do not require mirror focusing, no need for flash replacement, completely maintenance-free. The air cooling design of compact laser cutting machines saves expensive ultra-clean plant space. Extremely high beam focusing performance provides ultra-high power density for a wide range of applications over an effective working distance. However, in order to meet the requirements of laser cutting machine positioning and high precision components, this method needs to adopt tight tolerances; In addition, according to the application situation, the current domestic application of laser cutting machine is the production of artificial diamond and natural diamond wire drawing die and watch and instrument gem bearings, aircraft blades, multi-layer printed circuit boards and other industries in the production. The finely controlled fiber laser cutting machine beam meets the needs of disk drive manufacturers. The laser cutting machine is held in place by a special fixture during mold injection. The lower bridge plate of the original bridge housing is made of 16Mn steel plate with 5mm thickness, which is processed twice by blanking the blanking die and forming die, and then butt with the upper bridge plate with the same processing technology, and then two triangular blocks are filled in the middle, and finally welded into the bridge housing (see Figure 1). However, due to the large error of the contour and precision of the blank blanking in the traditional process, the weld width and height of the upper and lower bridge pieces are different when they are butt with the triangle block after forming, which brings processing and quality problems for the automatic welding below. The air leakage phenomenon often appears in the triangle area when the axle is tested. So the triangle area had to be changed to manual welding.
